Ronda Neilson brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and dentistry, with a background in practice management, business development, and community engagement. She has successfully built and scaled multiple dental and medical practices, combining strategic growth with a passion for patient care.
As the founder of SunRock Dental Careers, Ronda leads a hands-on, career-focused dental assisting program that prepares students with both clinical and professional skills. She is also the co-owner of Bloomington Dental and the creator of DentalCon, Southern Utah’s dental education and fundraising event benefiting the Utah Tech Dental Hygiene Program.
Deeply committed to her community, Ronda serves on the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Board, the Chartway Promise Foundation Board, and has played a key role in major local fundraising efforts, including the Utah Tech Fire & Ice Gala and the Black Desert Championship PGA & LPGA events.
A lifelong advocate for education and giving back, Ronda continues to inspire students and professionals alike, always working to create opportunities and brighter smiles.
