Ronda has been in the dental/health care field for over 30 years working in variety of management positions for general and cosmetic dentistrys, orthodontics, sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, women’s health, and neurology. She has built practices from the ground up to be successful and revenue generating businesses. She has used creative strategies to increase practice community reach, integrating one practice as a key community player and destination for orthodontic treatment.
She recently has created a continuous dental education and network event; DentalCon. Southern Utah’s DentalCon will not only provide an event for education and networking, but a fundraising event for the benefit of Dixie State University Hygiene Program. Ronda is passionate about healthcare and loves to see people smile.
Ronda’s intuitive insight to project management and professional services has made her the driving force behind the success of SunRock Dental Careers.
A music lover at heart, Ronda also owned and operated Ronda’s Piano Studio—where she’s privately mentored hundreds of music and piano students for nearly 30 years. She is passionate about music and helping others develop their talents through music education.
Ronda loves to run with her husband, Dr. Neilson. She has run over 50 marathons to date and has a goal to run 100 in her lifetime! Most of all, Ronda enjoys being a part of the dental school because she loves to see people smile!
